How It Works

1. SCHEDULE A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Put a time on the calendar to connect with us about ProRoma.

2. SELECT & RECEIVE YOUR SCENT SAMPLES

After scheduling your appointment, you’ll use a form to select five samples from our curated fragrance list. They will arrive in the mail before your appointment.

3. TEST OUT YOUR SCENT SAMPLES

Upon arrival, try out the scents as soon as you’re able and submit your scent choice using the QR code on the sample box.

4. MEET WITH OUR TEAM & DECIDE IF IT’S A FIT

We’ll discuss your business, how scent marketing could benefit your space, your budget and what type of diffuser equipment you may need. If you choose to move forward, we’ll process your payment information and ship your diffuser and oils to your business address.
